Stuttgart, Germany — NFC Stuttgart hosted a vibrant Dashain Bhetghat 2082 on Sunday, bringing together members of the Nepali community for a joyful evening of cultural performances, honors, and awards. The celebration, filled with traditional music, dance, and warm festive spirit, also served as a platform to recognize contributions from individuals and organizations supporting the community.
The event saw participation from over 150 guests, some of whom traveled long distances to attend. Cultural performances by artists including Binsu Sapkota, Binisha Sapkota, Subash Timilsina, Samjhana Pun Magar, Aarti Gurung, Manisha Khatri, Puja Basnet, Swastika Rawat, Ashok Tamang, Khemraj Magar, Raveena Syangbo, Asmita Rai, Sushma Magar, along with group performances by RBK Crew and Shwabalamban Boys, were major highlights of the evening.
In recognition of exceptional sportsmanship, the following individuals were honored:
- Player of the Tournament: Rajan Sah, Salina Paudel Kshetri, Adarsh Ranjan Thapa, Sudip Sunar, Susan Lama,and Swastika Rawat
- Player of the Season: Ashish Thapa Magar and Srijana Khadka
The organizing team expressed deep gratitude to all volunteers and supporters. Special acknowledgment was given to Rohit Bhusal and team, Manjil Shrestha, Amisa Thapa Magar, Ramesh Bik, Sudip Sunar, Surendra Bishwakarma, and others who played key roles in organizing the event.
Catering was managed by Nishan Gurung and team from Momo: Sushi House, who traveled over 150 km to provide food and also sponsored the event venue. Praveen Giri, Vice-Captain of NFC Stuttgart and LCC BW Coordinator, facilitated hall bookings, while Agam Rai, Dilip Pokhrel, Lokendra Samba, and Anupam Aryal handled awards and honor management.
In addition to cultural and sports recognitions, individuals and businesses were honored for their past financial and logistical support to NFC Stuttgart’s initiatives. These included:

Honors were also extended to NFC Stuttgart members Praveen Giri, Susan Lama, Anupam Aryal, Dilip Pokhrel, Aman Dulal, Prajwal Satyal, Saru Sundas, and community contributors Samana Shrestha and Roshni Gurung.
Despite challenging circumstances, the event was made even more meaningful by the presence of Dr. Pawan Kumar Thapa, President of NFC Stuttgart, who delivered a motivational message and led the awards ceremony.
